1. Accepting these terms

Using the "Aldurg POS" website or app ("the Service") means you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't complete registration or continue using the service.

2. Description of the service

Aldurg POS is a point-of-sale cashier app for restaurants and cafés, activated by a license key tied to a single subscription plan. Each plan defines the number of devices you may activate, the number of cashier profiles, and which features are available.

3. Creating a signup request

A signup request is submitted through a form on the website or inside the app, and is reviewed manually by our team before activation. Once approved, your activation key is sent to the same email address you registered with. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Plans & billing

Prices and features for each plan are shown on the pricing page and may change with advance notice. Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly as you choose at signup, and billing renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.

5. Our right to change prices, cancel free trials, and shut down the project

We reserve the full right to change the price of any plan at any time, to reflect the product's value and market conditions. A price change only ever applies to new billing periods going forward — it's never applied retroactively to a period you've already paid for in full.

We also reserve the full right to cancel, shorten, modify, or end any free-trial offer — for any plan, at any time, including a trial already granted to an existing customer — without prior notice.

We reserve the right to shut down the Aldurg POS project and this service entirely, at our sole discretion, based on our company's own circumstances. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to notify active subscribers in advance.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us; cancelling stops the next auto-renewal and does not affect the period you've already paid for. Any refunds are handled at our team's discretion based on the circumstances of each case.

7. Your obligations

Use the service for legitimate business purposes only.

Never share, sell, or rent your activation key to a third party.

Stay within the device and cashier-profile limits of your plan.

Keep the information you enter (shop details, items, prices) accurate.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the design, code, and "Aldurg POS" brand are reserved. Your subscription grants you the right to use the service only — not to copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it.

9. Availability & maintenance

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we don't guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime — occasional downtime for maintenance or updates may happen, and we'll try to announce it in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect loss resulting from misuse of the app or from business decisions made based on data in the app, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

Either party may end the subscription at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, particularly in cases of sharing an activation key or misusing the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably, and failing that, referred to the competent court.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material change will be announced on the website or inside the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterward means you accept it.
